What to do:

2. Marinate the steak:Place the flank steak in a shallow dish or large zip-top plastic bag. Stir together the hot honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and garlic. Pour over the steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
3. Grill the steak:Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and add to the grill. Grill, covered with the grill lid, 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
To Serve:Let the steak rest 15 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain. Serve with chimichurri sauce and more hot honey... always more hot honey.
